LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES

During the Opening Retreat, in a discussion led by Dan Antonioli and Jodi Fuller (Class of 2006 and Board and Curriculum Committee Members), the Class of 2010 was asked to develop a list of those attributes they considered essential to leadership. 

After a brain storming session that simply listed these variables, the Class then prioritized the list focusing on those characteristics they considered essential to being an effective leader. They include:

Ø Collaborative

Ø Passion
